Well, there are quiote a few things to see in this nice little town and it's hard to do it in just one day. still, if you don't have morte time, be sure to visit the Ramsay House, one of the oldest buildings still standing in the country. ... it's on King street. another one would be the Carley house, still colonial style architrecture from the 18th century ... can't you really stay another day ? ;)
