I didn't have enough time to visit several places but I can recommend you Apres Diem on 931 Monroe Dr at 8th St. It's a kind of a restaurant and a cocktail bar. Here you will find some delicious French or Italian foods, for a total of $15. A good point is that this restaurant has a free parking area, so you can come easily with your car.
