The perfect one is JOEL - with modernist decor, lights with art-modern filigree, and dramatic flower arrangements ... a French cuisine with Asian accents and a big wine list. Also better reserve a private room if you come with your girlfriend, and call them in advance - 404-233-3500
If you don't care about money then I highly recommend this restaurant from all points of view.
