What is the most important touristic sight in Atlanta? I won't be there for long so I wouldn't want to miss it.(give a different answer) .
Many people consider the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta to be the the foremost monument of the city. The place hosts the governement offices and a museum. It dates back to 150 years and is very nicely decorated with a gold leaf placed on the dome. Although the place is subjected to extreme renovation, there still remains much to be seen.
