My favorite internet cafe is Maasty Computers located on 736 Ponce de Leon Ave NE; across from City Hall East. I go there every time I need a high speed internet. On their card I see that they also have laptop rental service, you can try it... Here is their phone number: 404-294-7903, it may help you.
