There is a quite large zoo in Baltimore, but you have to drive there or take a cab, it's on the Druid Park Drive, you take exit 7 on the Interstate 83 and then follow the signs. They have more than 1200 animals on 150 acres of land, so it will take some time to see it all. The ticket is $9,50, which I think is a very good price.
