You can find some historic neighborhoods beyond the Inner Harbour, such as Federal Hill, Mount Vernon and Fells Point. They have classic features like brownstone or Colonial row houses, and a lot of old restaurants, pubs and shops. You will also find here traces of local legends like Edgar Allan poe, Babe Ruth or H.L. Mencken.
