Try this area called Kates Plateau to Polls Plateau Trail Loop. It my seem easy at first, but a syou go up the winding trails, you might think otherwise. The New River Bridge area is the place you'll eventually come to, and here you can test your climbing skills. Impressive scenery in any case. Worth a few day's camping
