Hells Canyon National Recreation Area for leisure activities and scenic views near Boise city

The canyon is located within Hells Canyon National Recreation Area and was created by the Snake River. People say it's one of the most impressive river gorges in North America. I was surprised at its spectacular scenic views. Fishing is good for bass, trout and catfish. As for wildlife viewing, there are Bighorn sheep, ospreys, eagles, chukar partridge, and deers inhabiting the canyon. I also recommend it for boating, camping and hiking.
