ever heard about Anthony Caturano? No? Neither did I before going for dinner at this amazing place in the North End called Prezza. He is the chef there, and he is the one responsible for the delicious roasted trout that you can have there. The restaurant is at no 24 on Fleet street and prices range between 40 and 75 $ for dinner
