moxie in response to wshopper's question:
Is one of the parks in Boulder suitable for climbing?(give a different answer) .
The main scenery in Colorado is formed by rocks and mountains that seem perfect for climbing, but, in fact, only some of the parks permit practising this sport in a safe environment. The Eldorado Canyon State park is one of the most suitable climbing areas in the country, offering Class5.5 to 5.12 climbs. Entrance is only between 9 am to 5 pm. The entrance is on Eldorado Springs Dr, west of Hwy 93.
