There is the Holiday Inn right in the center, a few minutes away on foot from the football stadium and the arena. They charged 100$ per night one year ago, but it seemed fair, the rooms are big, Internet is free hotel-wide and, with a Priority Club card you can have free breakfasts somewhere on top of the world, at 15th floor, and free snacks in the evening. A bit annoying that I had to pay some extra 10$ for parking.
