Tell me a bar in Charlotte where I can just sit, listen to jazz and reggae, maybe eat something...the cheaper the better(give a different answer) .
3127 N. Davidson St., it's the so-called Fat City Deli, a cozy place that was very reasonable when it came to prices. It's three years since I last got inside, but at that time meals didn't exceed 8$. Moreover, live music was the specialty of the bar and the owner always brought new jazz, punk, reggae and even rock bands. It's a spot to make middle-age people feel younger, and it worked for me.
