Well, there's practically hundreds of restaurants you can have dinner at in Charlotte. But if you like your meal to be followed by a scotch and a cigar on the top floor of a centrally located bar, well then you should go toi this place called Atlantic Beer & Ice Co ... the jazz club downstairs is also a hot spot. It's on N Tryon street
