Can you give me any information related to the name of the Charlotte city? I have an idea but I'm not sure...(give a different answer) .
Charlotte is named after the wife of King George III and it's actually spoiled by the name of "the queen city". You can see her statue at the point where the College and Trade streets meet, it's quite a new monument erected in 2003. I really admire Charlotte from this point of view, new works of art are born all the time.
