I'll arrive with my 10-year-old boy in Charlotte next month. Know any place with cinema and toy stores? he deserves to be spoiled a bit, as he had measles poor thing(give a different answer) .

I know how destroyed I was when my daughter was ill and I tried my best not to let her scratch...if you drive on Rea Road (passing by I-485), and reach the Ballantyne Commons Parkway, south of Charlotte, you'll arrive at Stonecrest Shopping Center. There's a fabulous multiplex there, the Regal Cinema, and a giant toy store. While he's playing, you can go buy groceries at the Harris Teeter!
