I stayed few nights at the Willows Hotel, in Chicago, a stylish place with antique furnishings, less than 2 blocks away from Lake Michigan. For almost 100 $ per day, in their offer was included a continental breakfast, that between 7:00 am and 11.00 am, evening social with cookies around 4:00 pm, a refrigerator on request and internet access. The address is at 555 West Surf.
