Well, the cheapest thing for miles around, at least from what I was managed to find was the Days Inn Gold Coast. it is very close to the Lincoln Park on N Clark street and they charge arpound 90 $ a night (Try to book in advance at 312 664 30 40 though). And it's cheap compared to the alternatives.
