I know a very good French restaurant in the Navy Pier area called Pierot Gourmet that serves delicious French specialties at prices that can't be matched. I mean I used to dine there for less than 15 $, wine included. It is located on E Superior street and to get there you can take the Red Line to the Chicago station.
