I used to have a favorite lunch time spot while in Chicago : the Red Light it was called and it was one of the best Asian restaurants in Chicago. It is located in the West Loop, on W Randolph street. Going for lunch there won't set you back more than 15 $. Don't forget to take one of those fortune cookies :)
