The only restaurant that deserves to be called Italian in that part of Chicago is the Gioco on S Wabash avenue. This place serves delicious northern specialties for prices that are guaranteed to make you come again. It is not far from the Roosevelt station, but don't go there for lunch on weekends ... cause it's closed :)
