Go to the Art Institute situated on South Michigan Avenue at Adams Street. It is one of the top American art institutions and the 'home' of the nations most recognizable paintings. Among them you'll find Grant Wood's 'American Gothic' and Edward Hopper's 'Nighthawks'. Further informations at 312-443-3600. At the entrance a donation of $10 is recommended.
