The Medinah Temple in Chicago is located on N Wabash Ave at no 600. It was built in 1912 by the Shriners as a festival hall. Unfortunately, in the 1990s it was transformed into a Bloomingdale home furnishing store. From the outside it still looks like the old temple, but don't go in :)
