Theoretically, yes. Cause the taping of the Oprah Winfrey show is being done in Carpenter street in the West Loop. Practically, it's almost impossible. I mean you have to call for a reservation one month in advance. The ticket is actually free, but the hassle you'll have to put up with will certainly make you give up.
