The Pikes Peak Cog railway up to the summit of Pikes Peak is one of the most well-known hiking trails in Colorado Springs. The Barr Trail above the Manitou Springs depot is another famous road. From the depot, it takes approximately 8 hrs to get to the top. Driving to the summit of Pikes Peak is possible on the US24, from the town of Divide.
