Almost all the people in Denver(locals and tourists) have breakfast at the walnut Cafe on Colfax Ave. The place is well-known for its diverse offerings, including American waffles and egg variations and Mexican burritos. Lunch is also available, but not as good as the breakfast. Hint: in case you want to get served, come here early.
