At Taki's Golden Bowl in Denver, on Colfax Ave, the japanese food is better than anywhere else!! The noodles are okay, and so is the rice and the miso-ginger soup(the "flu killer soup"). In case you, re a vegetarian, that's even better! the place comes with numoerous options for tasty vegetarian dinners.
