Every mid-August the town goes crazy with this livestock fair. One of the attractions is indeed the Butter Cow: since 1911 there's the habit of sculpting a cow from around 550 pounds of butter, which is then recycled and used for the next 4 years. They also have the Super Bull contest, cowchip tossing and hundreds of food stands to explore. Try the turkey drumsticks or the lamb burger, yamiiii! Entrance is 8$.
