I can't tell whether this is the best deal in Des Moines, but it's surely convenient, prices range under $20 and the menu is based on Indian cuisine with lots of choices from lamb vindaloo to mild tandoori chicken. The peach coloured walls inspire a positive mood and sitting on the the comfortable armchairs is a plus too.
