Believe it or not, but I only payd 45 $ to stay at this place downtown called Green Oaks Park hotel. It's not exactly impressive if you look at it from the outside, but the interior offers you everything you might expect from a 3 star hotel. It's on West Fwy, and they even have a swimming pool and a tennis court.
