Appalachian Trail to Loudon Heights Trail Loop is certainly the best option. I've taken it myself and even camped on the hills as they say cause the region is of incredible beuty and there's good locations to set your tent around. Splendid views as you try to get to the small town of Harpers Ferry on the last portion of the trail.
