friendship in response to general's question: I know there are many rafting routes on the Potomac around Harpers Ferry, But I'm looking for a class 2 difficulty one ... any idea?(give a different answer) .
Whitewater Paddling class 2 on the Potomac is Bull Falls as well as the staircase as they call them. But bring your own equipment cause it's pretty expensive to rent one around here.
