Check out this place, it's one of the most exotic and has a great location, with ocean-side views. The menu is a blend of French & Asian dishes. One of my favourites was the Hawaian lobster and opakapaka with Kaffir lime sauce. Prices are over $40 ( for a 3 meal course), but it's worthed on the whole. The address is Hilton Hawaiian Village, on 2005 Kalia Rd, Waikiki.
