There is a spa called Mandara, at the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel. It's famous as being the largest spa in Honolulu, and I really don't think they are cheap. You can contact them by caling the Hawaiian Hilton, they will give all the information you need. They have all the features you need: fitness center, sauna, whirlpools and outdoor swimming pool. Massags and wraps with Asian herbs and spices are also available.
