mercer's question:
What places to put on my visit list when getting in Honolulu?(give a different answer) .
One of the greatest buildings in Honolulu is Iolani Palace, built in 1882. This is America's only royal palace constructed with the help of American Masons. Inside you can see the thrones of King Kalakua and his successor Queen Lili'uokalani . I got a little shivery when I entered, 'cause all the Mason stuff seems so strange to me. It's placed on King St and the entrance fee is $15. You have to call before and make reservations (808/522 0832), and kids under 5 are not allowed.
