No, it's not that, it's a submarine you can get abord and have a tour in the ocean. It is very interesting and special, you can see schools of fish and boats travelling on the surface of the water, and sunken boats also, but no whales or dolphins. It's worth the 90 dollars only if you want a thrill and never went on a sub before, which I think most of us didn't.
