There is such a company called Honolulu City Lights Tours (www.heliusahawaii.com) They start at the HNL airport and will take in a mindblowing tour over downtown area, Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head crater and Pearl Harbor. The price is $90 for one person, but discounts are available for groups.
