There is one company called Hawaiian Shark Encounters. They lower you down in the ocean in a cage so you can watch sharks live. You leave on a boat at 7 am and get back at 1 pm, and you can do multiple descents. The price is $100 but it's absolutely worth it, you get to see many sharks, even great whites from time to time.
