There is one company I know of, but I know for a fact there are many of them. The company is called Naish Hawaii and it's one of the most famous around, actually it's named after a local windsurfing champion. The equipment rental is between $35 and $55 a day, according to experience levels. Introductory lessons for the inexperienced are $50 or $75 for individual lessons. Their website is www.naish.com
