There are two inter-islands carrier companies called Hawaiian Airlines and Aloha Airlines. They have good and comfortable planes, Boeing I think, and the fare is $100-130. There are no discounts for round trips, maybe because there are plenty of customers and the owners don't feel very generous, but you can get some better prices on their websites: www.hawaiianair.com and www.alohaairlines.com
