Taxis in Honolulu

It's somewhat more expensive than we are used to in the States. There is a start fee of $2.75, and additional $3 a mile. They also charge 50 cents for each piece of baggage. There are three companies, City Taxi, The Cab and Charley's. You can find plenty of them at the airport and hotels, but they are scarce anywhere else, you need to phone for one.
