This is surely one of the best choices in Iowa City (109 E College St). It serves delicious pasta (homemade) and meat courses. I recommend the flaming goat as an appetizer and the steak de burgo or the lasagna for entrees. Creme Brulee is greatly cooked for dessert. Prices may be a little too high but I guess it's worthed, the service is excellent.
