At Perry Lake in Kansas City there are 2 swim beaches: Corps of Engineers includes the Perry Park Swim Beach and the beach at the Perry State Park. Both of them have parking, waterbone facilities, volleyball courts and picnic areas. You'll have to pay $1 for the entrance.
