Now there is one! They've launched this festival in 2005, and as it turned out to be such a huge success, they've made it an annual event, and it lasts for 5 days, starting with the mid of November. There are invited some of the world's best comics to perform, and the programme includes film festivals, workshops. They keep it in Caesars Palace.
