not only this one is worth a visit... the blvd is studded with numerous respectable buffets and restaurants. this one is themed like a French village, and they really got the ambiance. what to remember: roasted duck with green pepper corn and peaches, the dry bay scallops with honey cider and the chateaubriand sauce and cherry sauce Escoffier. it is in Paris Las Vegas.
