the locals' favorite is definitely this one. it's only a 7 minutes drive from TI at The Mirage. most of the demands go to 'dim sum', a dish that consists of pot stickers, pan fried dumplings and baos ( doughs filled with pork), rice noodles, shrimp, lotus leaves, chicken feet......i hope i didn't forget anything. it's up to $9.
