This is a classic French bistro food. The cuisine is a delight featuring beautifully composed salads, roasted beets, bleu cheese, roasted tomatoe layered on goat cheese and patries....foie gras, short ribs with pomme mousseline and spring ramps...it's really worth all the expenses. The place is popular also because of its great location in the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
