There are a couple of good Thai restaurants in Las Vegas, and especially on the Strip. Still, this new place I found on my last trip there, the Lotus of Siam restaurant, practically knocked me off my feet with their new way of preparing Thai specialties. Check it out for yourself, it's on East Sahara Avenue
