Sam's Town Firelight is a nice place to hang out and have a good value lunch. The decor is vivid with natural lighting and a big wall of flames, and lighting that changes over the day, and there is a view of the water and laser light show . The cuisine is just what you want - Chinese and Mexican. The buffet is placed in 5111 Boulder Hwy.
