it has the usual suspects- salad bar, bagel bar, and fine desserts- and a nice selection of Chinese food of which i most liked the Peking duck; it's fresh and really tasty, as is the prime rib. as for the desserts try the cream puffs and superior rice pudding. the place is rather small but who cares as long as the food is good. as the name says, it's located in Las Vegas Hilton hotel, on 3000 Paradise rd.
